Introducing Life In The Valley Podcast: Stories, People, and Connections Across Valley Wide & Valley Ag
At Valley Wide Cooperative, the success has always been built on people.
From the team members serving customers each day to the leaders helping guide the future, every person contributes to the cooperative’s mission and the relationships that make the organization strong. That’s why we’re excited to introduce Life In The Valley, Valley Wide’s new podcast series dedicated to sharing the stories, experiences, and perspectives of the people who make the cooperative what it is.
Getting to Know the People Behind the Work
Agriculture is built on connection. Life In The Valley was created to strengthen those connections by giving listeners a chance to hear directly from Valley Wide team members and leaders. Through honest conversations and personal stories, the podcast offers a closer look at the people behind the work and the many roles that help keep the cooperative moving forward.
Each episode provides an opportunity to learn more about different areas of the business, discover unique career journeys, and gain a deeper appreciation for the teamwork that supports Valley Wide every day.

Sharing Stories That Matter
One of the most valuable parts of any organization is the knowledge, experience, and perspective of its people. The podcast creates a space where those stories can be shared in a meaningful and engaging way.
Listeners can expect conversations that highlight the challenges, successes, lessons learned, and experiences that shape life at Valley Wide. Whether you’ve been with the cooperative for years or are just getting started, there’s always something new to learn from the people around you.
As Valley Wide CEO Brad Locke shared:
“One of the most important parts of what we do is connection. Whether it’s with each other, our growers, or our communities, that connection is what drives our success.”
Life In The Valley is an extension of that idea, helping bring people together through conversation and shared experiences.
Listen, Learn, and Stay Connected
The podcast is a great way to get to know employees, learn more about the cooperative, and stay connected to what’s happening across the organization. Every episode offers a new perspective and a chance to hear from the individuals who help make Valley Wide a trusted partner in agriculture and the communities we serve.
We invite you to tune in, learn something new, and connect with the people who make Valley Wide special.
