Valley Wide & Valley Ag Challenge Coins
The Challenge Coin has a long history both as a symbol of dedication and valor in the military. It is also as a symbol in organizations, acknowledging membership and achievement. At Valley Wide the purpose of the challenge coin is to recognize employees that go above and beyond in their duties to serve our each other, our membership, and the community.
Each quarter, CEO Dave Holtom selected two individuals in the company to be recognized as Challenge Coin recipients. This quarter the challenge coins were awarded to the following individuals:
Bryan Hansen
Controller; Nampa, Idaho
Bryan worked incredibly hard to help with the Bleyhl merger and the other changes, including the transition of CFO. He has played an integral part as the organization restructured the finance and accounting team. During all of this, he and prepared for his CPA exam, which be passed in August.
Matt Bingham
Valley Ag Regional Manager Hansen, Idaho
This year Matt took on the responsibility of managing our Valley Ag east region, alongside the central region. He now manages the two largest regions covering southern Idaho and Utah. Both regions had record results in 2022 and are off to a great start in this fiscal year. Matt has shown leadership and earned the support of many in our organization.
