2025 SALES SEGMENT REPORTING

Despite facing challenges in the agricultural sector, fluctuating fuel markets, and a reset in retail growth across the nation, our business units remained committed to key strategic initiatives. Agronomy achieved a year-over-year sales increase of $68 million, driven by expansion into California and growing market share within our established regions. Our propane division continued to capture market share, and our retail division delivered year-over-year sales growth of nearly $10 million.

PATRONAGE & REVOLVE PAYMENTS

Valley Wide Cooperative’s strategic growth has consistently generated significant returns for our members, reflected in the substantial increase in cash payments from patronage and equity revolve. These payments rose from $1.4 million in 2018 to an impressive $9.1 million in 2025. Notably, this year’s payment, which is nearly $2.0 million higher than in 2024, marks the second-largest distribution ever made to our members.

The farm store expansions in Meridian and Nampa are now complete, offering larger spaces, improved layouts, and a wider product selection for our customers. Following last year’s merger with Stanislaus Farm Supply, we’ve also expanded and updated our farm stores in Modesto, Los Banos, and Merced, CA. These locations now carry Valley Wide product lines with continued growth in offerings as we integrate operations and strengthen our retail presence across the region.
