The Warehouse worker will be responsible for inventory control and product rotation, along with maintaining areas and keeping them orderly, filling propane, etc.  Warehouse employees are required to perform all required tasks with the utmost concentration and dedication.  Job responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

  • Acknowledge all customers, employees and vendors.
  • Assist customers with all product information and orders.
  • Clean, organize lot and warehouse to ensure safety.
  • Stock and maintain warehouse and stored inventory.
  • Answer multiple phone lines.
  • Other duties as assigned.
  • Operate forklift and hand trucks.
  • Acknowledge all customers, employee and vendors in a friendly and appropriate manner.
  • Ability to multi task and determine order of need and task priority based on level of importance.
  • Ability to communicate using proper telephone etiquette with customers, other employees and vendors.
  • Assist other employees as needed, must have a strong team player focus in all interactions.
  • Must be willing to become propane certified upon hire.
  • Must be certified to operate a forklift.
  • Must be able to communicate using proper telephone etiquette with customers, other employee and vendors.
  • Basic PC Knowledge and familiarity with electronic equipment.
  • Must exhibit a professional and positive image.
  • High School diploma or GED preferred.
  • Previous customer service experience preferred.
This is a part time, 20+ hours per week position, days of week will vary based on workload. Qualified applicants must be available to work evenings and/or weekends as needed, especially during times of high seasonal demand.
