A person in this position will be responsible for producing films and video for integrated initiatives. You must be able to work individually as well as with multi-disciplinary teams, across diverse mediums and marketing channels.  Job responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

  • Serve as a full-time employee (not a consultant or agency) in an individual contributor role
  • Use videography and editing tools and skills to brand and re-brand our organization with a polished, consistent, creative vision
  • Create a positive, engaging image for the organization
  • Regularly evaluate the success of their efforts and tweak their strategy as needed
  • Strong eye for composition
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects and deliver on deadlines
  • Self-motivated with an insatiable thirst for knowledge
  • Strong team player with a positive attitude and excellent communication skills
  • Ability to showcase creative thinking through a range of varied styles and techniques
  • Effectively communicate concepts and ideas to the producers and clients
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Capable in 3D animation (Cinema 4D or equivalent)
  • Strong understanding of video formats, compression techniques and format requirements
  • Skill in camera operations
  • Ability to light and shoot a scene is critical.
  • Experience with basic sound editing
  • Intermediate or higher-level expertise in Microsoft PowerPoint for creating professional presentations
  • Perform other duties as assigned
  • Bachelor's Degree in related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience at an agency, brand or internal creative team environment.
  • A portfolio showcasing a wide-range of film, photography and editing on the forefront of the creative industry.
  • Ability to express ideas clearly and confidently while working collaboratively with art directors, writers, and designers to carry out creative concepts from idea to perfection.
  • Experience finding design solutions in a variety of marketing channels, print, broadcast, retail and digital experiences.
  • Highly conceptual thinking in video and film.
  • A strong technical knowledge of videography equipment, lighting, and hardware.
  • Strong knowledge of editing software like adobe premiere, after effects and photoshop.
  • Desire to help foster a great creative culture and define the look and feel of what is next in film trends.
  • Ability to move from one project to the next without skipping a beat.
  • Ability to work autonomously and with the team- we need people who can execute the ideas of others, as well as collaborate and come up with great ideas on their own
  • 3-5 years of experience at an agency, brand or internal creative team environment.
  • Previous experience in the Ag field is preferred.
