Wendell Grange Coop is formed

1934

Preston Feed Milling was turned into Franklin County Grain Growers

1937

Minidoka Co-op Supply Inc was formed

1938

Menan Cooperative formed

1942

Madison Coop is created

1947

The Mini-Cassia Marketing Co-op is formed

1953

Nyssa Cooperative is formed

1960

Producer Supply Coop was formed started with 5 board members in Nampa, Idaho

1960

Idaho Grange Supply Coop was formed  out of Shoshone Idaho

1960

Wendell Grange Coop and Jerome Grange Coop begin talking about working together on new ventures later to merge into Wendell Grange Coop

1963

Idaho Grange Coop was formed into a cooperative

1963

Valley Grain is established in Arco : specialized in Grain, Seed, and fertilizer, started out as an old grain elevator 

1965

Arco Feed and Supply is created

1966

United Co-op was created in part due to the merger of Minidoka Co-op and Mini Cassia Marketing Coop

1970

Gooding Grange Coop merges with Idaho Grange Coop

1974

Buhl Coop merged with Idaho Grange Coop

1975

The Agronomy plant located in Paul was purchased from Cenex and became part of the United Co-op

1975

United Co-op purchased bulk plant, farm store, automotive center, and tire shop

1985

Buhl Coop merges with Idaho Grange Coop to continue as Idaho Grange Coop

1987

Cominco sold out to Kiaser Aztec

1991

Idaho Grange Co-op & Wendell Grange supply were merged to create Valley Co-ops inc.

1993

Kiaser sold out to Cenex

1996

United Co-op purchased Uscola Oil Company

1997

United Co-op remodled the farm store facility adding the fuel islands and more retail options

1998

Merger between Menan Coop and Madison Coop to create Valley Wide Cooperative 

1998

United Co-op purchased US Steel/ Intermountain Farmers agronomy plant

1998

Valley Country Store completes construction of the Shoshone C-Store

2000

Agronomy in Ashton Idaho began

2000

Acquisition of 4 Cenex Land O' Lakes Ag company facilities 

2000

Valley Wide Cooperative purchased Fertilizer plant from Cenex

2001

Partnership between Bingham Coop and Valley Wide Cooperative to form Mountain Country Propane

2003

First Valley Wide Home and Ranch store built in Rexburg Idaho

2004

New Valley Country Store built in Buhl Idaho

2005

Merger with United Cooperative in Rupert idaho 

2006

Formed partnership with Valley Co-ops and Winfield to create Valley Agronomics LLC

Valley Country Store completes construction of the Jerome Location

Producers Supply Coop merges with Valley Wide Cooperative

Valley Wide Cooperative acquires Cowboy Oil out of Pocatello Idaho

Greenleaf Agronomy plant opens

American Falls Agronomy begins operation and is operating out of the old Airport bunker
