2024 HIGHLIGHTS

NEW FERTILIZER PLANT

Valley Wide Agronomics celebrated the completion of a state-of-the-art dry fertilizer plant in Royal City, Washington, constructed by Stueve Construction. This modern facility enhances our agronomy capabilities and positions us for significant growth in the region.

Feedback from our team at the site has been overwhelmingly positive, with employees excited about the upgraded infrastructure. As part of the project, the old facility is being repurposed into new offices and warehousing to better support staff and operations, with renovations expected to wrap up within the next few months.

NEW AGRONOMY OFFICE

In south-central Idaho, Valley Agronomics is nearing the completion of a major upgrade at our Paul Warehouse, a cornerstone location since the 2005 merger with United Co-op. Over the years, this site has experienced remarkable growth, surpassing the capacity of its original office space.Last year, plans came to life for a new warehouse and office to meet the evolving needs of this key location. Now, as the project nears completion, we’re excited to usher in a new chapter for this vital hub in our operations.

LEGACY FEED & FUEL ACQUISITION

In early summer, we expanded our reach in the Treasure Valley by acquiring Legacy Feed & Fuel’s locations in Nampa and Meridian, ID. This strategic move reinforced our commitment to supporting agricultural and local communities with quality products and services.

Legacy Feed & Fuel has been a trusted name in the Treasure Valley, offering farm and garden supplies, power equipment, poultry supplies, pet feed, and livestock feed—values that align seamlessly with our mission.

Both locations plan to begin extensive remodeling, to provide an enhanced shopping experience and a broader selection of brands.

ENERGY IN VALLEY COUNTY

In Valley County, north of Boise, our Energy team has made significant strides in expanding its operations in the Cascade area. Having successfully grown our propane business there over the past 5–6 years, we outgrew our previous property and office space. This year, we acquired 8–10 acres to accommodate larger propane storage and to introduce refined fuels and lubricants to the region. With limited competition and high demand, this expansion will allow us to better serve the local community.

STANISLAUS FARM SUPPLY MERGER

Following our successful merger with Stanislaus Farm Supply, we are excited to unite our shared commitment to agriculture, energy, and the communities we serve. Together, we strengthen our ability to support family-owned farms and ranches across the West, expanding our reach in California with new locations in Modesto, Merced, Kerman, and Los Banos, as well as in Fallon, Nevada. This partnership represents a shared vision for advancing agriculture and ensuring long-term prosperity for our members, customers, and employees. We’re thrilled to have you with us on this journey forward!

ANNUAL REPORT 2024

GROWTH & REINVESTMENT

2024 SALES SEGMENT REPORTING

• RETAIL – $229.0 (23%)

• ENERGY – $288.6 (30%)

• AGRONOMY – $463.4 (47%)

Sales results were strong for all business units. The only business unit with a decrease in sales was agronomy. Agronomy had a $10 million decrease in sales primarily related to the decrease in fertilizer prices. Energy had an increase of over $19 million in sales and retail had an increase of almost $ 25 million in sales.

PATRONAGE & REVOLVE PAYMENTS

• 2018 – 1.4MM

• 2023 – 9.2MM

The growth of Valley Wide Cooperative has also led to consistently increasing cash payments of patronage and revolve from $1,4 million in 2018 up to $9.2 million in 2023. The strong performance that we have seen over the past few years indicates that the strategy of reinvesting in the business has significantly benefited the members of the cooperative.
